Our 2011 is a year of beginnings, the year of the
feathered serpent, the year of the water. A great year to share and
create a better world, a life full of health and happiness.
La
Duna becomes the host of knowledge and freedom. We will share in
practical applications of green technologies, yoga and creativity
retreats, botanical and cooking tours, mix and women only groups, sweat lodges and celebrations.
Come and help us create light at La Duna!
Dos sesiones o todo el día dedicado a compartir, divertise, y fomentar la salud.
Two sessions or and all day long dedicated to sharing, enjoying and taking care of our health.
And with a full
moon set in the heartbreakingly beautiful starry skies of a Baja
desert, what better way to evoke and invite this quality into your life?
Come to the beautiful
and tropical East Cape of the Southern Baja Peninsula and share in the
preparation and enjoyment of daily dinner menus as hands on cooking classes. Fun
and easy, yet wholesome and healthy, the classes are lead by the inspiring
energy of Susan
Faerber.
Visit spectacular nature reserve Sierra la Laguna mountains along the way, enjoy natural hot
springs and waterfalls, exotic botanical gardens, and the submarine reserve of Cabo Pulmo for an unforgettable snorkel. Stay in a hotel
with its own natural hot spring. Five days of wonder and enjoyment and great
food!
Enjoy traveling with experienced plant experts, from the
Sarcocaule desert and tropical coasts to the oak pine mountains of the
Southeastern region of the Baja Peninsula.
These diverse
ecosystems are home to many rare plants and unique cactus, as many as 88
endemic varieties.
Enjoy waterfall pools & hot springs on the way, deserted
beaches and star full nights on rustic accommodations.
Great food too!
